+ When is the Festival?

Mark your calendars! Our 6th annual Nashville Wine and Food Festival will be April 20, 2019 form 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM! VIP Ticket holders will have early entry at 11 am. See you all there!!

+ Where is the festival being held?

This year it will be INSIDE at the Omni Nashville Hotel Grand Ballroom: 250 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203

+ Where should I park?

There is plenty of parking available for the festival. Attendees can use the paid parking facility at the Convention Center or other local parking venues. For more information about parking availability, please visit Parkitdowntown.com.

+ How much are general admission tickets?

$80 General admissions ticket includes: 6-bottle commemorative wine tote bag, wine glass and food plate for tasting, and access to giveaways including Riedel wine glasses

+ How much are VIP admission tickets?

$125 VIP tickets include: access to the VIP area, featuring one restaurant and winery, where guests will be served by top sommeliers and chefs. Our VIPs will enjoy comfortable seating, no lines, and select wine and food, making the Wine and Food Festival experience second to none. In addition to VIP area access, VIP ticket holders will enjoy an extra 1-hour VIP Hour, complimentary Riedel wine glasse, a deluxe wine tote and giveaway items.

+ How do I volunteer for this event?

There are many opportunities for volunteers at the festival. You can apply to be a voluneteer here!

+ Is there a dress code for this event?

No, there is not an official dress code, but we always encourage guests to dress to impress! :) It will be inside this year so dress accordingly.

+ Are Children allowed at this event?

Children of any age are not allowed at the festival, even with a parent or guardian. This event is strictly 21 and up.

+ Bag Policy

Nashville Wine & Food Festival is committed to the safety and security of all patrons at the event. ALL bags will be searched before entry. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Bag size may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28cm x 12cm) and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Patrons should be prepared to have their bags searched each time they enter the festival and when they exit.

+ What do I do if I lose my wristbands/tickets, want a refund, etc?

Treat your wristband like cash. All tickets to Nashville Wine & Food Festival are non-refundable, non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. All wristbands must be worn and displayed in clear sight at all Nashville Wine & Food Festival events. Please do not remove wristband the duration of your visit and do not remove your wristband until you plan to leave the event for the final time.
